Returns

Please, read carefully the conditions of returns before placing an order.
Place an order or custom order implies having read and accepted these conditions.

If you need to return an item, you must contact me within 24 hours after receipt the order and report any error, lack of material, failure or breakage. Take pictures of everything and send me a message using the contact form specifying the problem. After these 24 hours, I will not be liable for any claims or returns made. 

I only accept the exchange or return of an order in the following cases:  

• Damaged or defective items: If the item is damaged or defective, you can exchange it for the same item or request a refund. In this case, a transporter will come to your home and collect the item. I will send you a new item at my charge. Please, return the damaged item in the original packaging, in as-new condition, protected so the item arrives without seals or tape from the transport company. I am not responsible of any breakages or damages caused by the customer.   

• Wrong item: If a send you a wrong item you can request an exchange for the correct item. In this case, a transporter will come to your home and collect the item. I will send you the correct item at my charge. Please, return the wrong item in the original packaging, in as-new condition, protected so the item arrives without seals or tape from the transport company. 
  
• Mistake on your part: If you have made a mistake when purchasing, you can request an exchange for a item of same value. Sorry but, in this case, I will never refund the value of the item. Customer have to pay the returned and the re-send shipping costs. Please, return the item in the original packaging, in as-new condition, protected so the item arrives without seals or tape from the transport company.

I provide the refund in the same manner in which you paid for the order.
